EGG SHELLS

The sharp edges of the shells irritate the soft bodies of the slugs.

How to Use

Take a handful of egg shells and grind them to a fine powder. Scorch it for 10 minutes to avoid bacteria and fungal issues. Let it cool down completely. You can give this to plants now.

BANANA PEEL

Banana peels are good fertilizer as it is rich in potassium. Banana peels also contain calcium, phosphorus and magnesium which are needed for good plant growth. Banana peel especially benefit flowering plants because they contain less nitrogen. 

How to Use

Add chopped banana peels to a container or jar. Fill the jar with water, enough to cover banana peels. Close the jar and allow it to rest for 7 days. Remove the peels and dilute this with enough water. Apply this to all your plants to see the magic!

Onion and potato peels are a great way to add nutrients to your plant compost without spending any money. Use them to create organic potassium-rich fertilizer for all your plants growing indoors or outdoors. Using them will increase their disease resistance, growth, and productivity. 

How to Use

Take two or three handful of onion peels and add them to one liter of water. Allow them to soak for 5 days. Strain the liquid and dilute with enough water. Use it as a liquid fertilizer.

Raw manure is highly acidic and may have more nutrients than your plants need, too much can burn your plants. One of the best way to use manure as plant fertilizer is by mixing it with compost. Composting manure eliminates the possibility of burning the plants.

How to Use

Cow dung manure is a best organic fertilizer for your plants. It contain healthy nutrients for the healthy growth of your plant. Dry the manure for one or two months in direct sunlight. Prepare the potting mix with garden soil and dried cow manure.
