Homemade Vanilla Ice cream

Ingredients 

1 Cup Milk

2 Cup heavy cream

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

1 tbs Milk Powder


HOW TO MAKE VANILLA ICE CREAM

Step 1: Boil Milk



Take a vessel and boil milk. Keep stirring to avoid the milk to stick in the bottom. Reduce the milk to half the quantity. This will help to turn out the ice cream creamy. 

Step 2 : Add Sugar to the milk

Once the milk quantity reduced to half, add sugar to it. Allow it to dissolve completely. Then add Vanilla essence to it. Mix well. Turn off the flame and keep it aside.

Step 3: Whip the cream and add milk powder


Next step is to whip the whipping cream/ heavy cream. Beat until soft peaks and add the milk powder to it.  Beat in slow speed to combine the cream and milk powder.

Step 4 : Pour milk to Cream

Pour the prepared milk to this cream and combine all. This mix will be in  a thick consistency.




Step 5: Transfer this mix to a container and wrap it. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to set the ice-cream.




 Your homemade vanilla ice cream is ready!
