How to Repot Adenium

Repotting adenium

The most popular desert rose in a succulent plant which grows 12" tall. I love adenium because of their interesting structure and beautiful flowers. This is all about repotting my adenium into a round wide pot. The best time to repot is it's growing season.

How do you Repot Your Adenium

The first thing we have to be very careful is to take the plant out from its container. Make sure the plant is not harmed while doing this.

Wash off the old soil from the plant roots and remove extra roots at this time. Keep the plant in fungicide for 15 minutes to avoid any kind of infection.

Prepare the potting mix with 30% coco peat, 30% compost, 30% river sand and 10% bone meal. Place the plant in the soil and make sure the caudex is on top.

Water thoroughly. Keep the plant in shade for 10 days to grow the roots. After this we can keep it in an area where it gets ample light to grow.
